Throw away Rifter fits

Looking for an extremely cheap throw away rifter fit.

Coming back to the game after a break, thinking of buying a PLEX or two and selling them in order to fit a bunch of Rifters for FW.

Any input would be appreciated.

Rifter is not as effective as it used to be, you need to capitalize on your speed or your neut to stand a chance against other frigates. In a straight up brawl you will lose to most other T1 frigs because your tank/gank isn't up to scratch. Basically your targets should be active tanked ships, blaster boats that are slower than you, or ships with guns you can out track by orbiting really close (lasers, railguns). Also because this is an AB fit if you encounter a long point kiter you're pretty much dead unless you can scram them before they get too far. It generally has quite a limited engangement profile.
