I found myself rechecking the thread date at least three times to make sure I wasn't reading something dredged up from the graveyard.

I'm fairly sure this project is as doomed as the last, but as a new player still running lv1-2 missions and wondering how to step out of high sec when your last attempt took off (and came crashing back down), it did serve as an interesting warning, and an occasional fun read.

I've had a few thoughts.

I might be prepared to finance a few people coming down here. Maybe the CEO's of hi sec corps could send a representative to Stain to make contact with me. I'd be prepared to show them how easy it is to make money here and how much fun it is to never lose a ship.

Myself and a friend have developed tactics which make it impossible for enemies to spend all their time camping us, we have also developed tactics that will enable you to survive gate camps. I can ensure lots of fun and a real sense of adventure.

I implore you to try very hard to ignore the trolls and other pilots who think they know it all, the truth is they don't. From my point of view too many pilots restrict themselves to a certain play style without trying to adapt. My desire to live out my eve experience in stain has made me adapt, and its the reason why I created this thread.

I recently had a terrible thing happen to my toon, a good friend of mine robbed me for approx 22b. I knew the guy to such an extent and trusted him with what I had built up over the years. A few months ago he cleaned out all of the corp hangers and corp wallet. I had a stroke of luck however, I had put a collection of blueprints in one of my character hangers by accident and only recently found them, it was actually the original set of blueprints I built up when I first came down here about 8 years ago.

So here I am ready to assist the cause of Hub Zero once again.

I look forward to hearing from interested parties.

Ok. I'm struggling to understand what the issue is with regard to why people aren't interested in dwelling in Stain with a group of corps or solo guys that have been set blue.

I refuse to believe out of all you thousands of people there isn't anyone wanting to come down here. We're gamers and we cannot let the fields of Stain lay fallow, we must unite and sew the seeds of destiny!!

I'm very much open to intense questions regarding how this will be achieved, so please feel free.

Actually, the last time I know of that you tried this you plopped into UF- which at the time was not Stain Empire, but Apotheosis of Virtue. It didn't end well for your carrier alt as the locals didn't welcome you with open arms. Exactly. You appearing was a surprise for us that lived there at the time.

Yeah i'm hoping this thread gets completely sidetracked. Now that other thread has been linked, the one where he's ranting in caps about "revealing information" inside "one of the biggest threads this game has seen.", one as big as a titan apparently, but with him just failing to actually say what the secret was. Only that he withdrew his claim for 25b. Did they beat you? Did you surrender?

In my opinion, for anyone to believe the OP can achieve the goal of this thread he should first expand further on that first thread. Otherwise, he's just showing himself to be an individual that doesn't live up to his word. That is all talk, and no action.

Stain is far from unpopulated.

Your Pierre de Coubertin quote may be true, but people also generally want competent leadership and a reasonable plan for success as well; neither of which is present here.

Hi there,

I'm a little concerned that there is confusion as to what the goal is. The goal is for a high sec coalition of corps, solo players and alliances to dwell down here by setting one another blue and fulfilling their roles.

It would be great to have a security corp here who could watch over the belt ratters and miners for example, this wouldn't be about me leading or even having a plan I would simply be blue to both parties and offer advice or assistance as and when needed. In no shape or form would I be their leader. A point of contact yes, but by no means their leader. Perhaps I'd attend meetings with these folk in some kind of forum/town hall environment but thats it really.

Please try to understand, its not about me achieving this its about the people in hi-sec and myself achieving this.
