Ship Rebalance: Shuttles

So we have seen over the last few patches rebalancing to ships to make them more effective / better used.

My question, what about the poor old shuttle?

Some suggestions
(High Sec)
1. Shuttle gives you +10 Rep with that faction
Been mission running for Caldari too long and now Gallente and Minmatar want to shoot you on site?
No problem grab a Gallente or Minmatar shuttle and while you piloting it you get a +10 Rep bonus to fly through their space.
Lots of possible PVE options here to run stuff behind enemy lines with your 10m3 cargo capacity

(Low Sec / Null Sec)
2. Shuttles have a built in Cyno Gen and a custom fuel bay that only fits Liquid Ozone
-- makes them the default go to cyno ship, no more Rifter Killmails with nothing more then a Cyno fitted.

What else could we do to make the Shuttle a worthy ship to fly in Eve?

Anyone happen to know where the Shuttle falls in the Warp Speed rebalance?

Perhaps an increase to the Cargo for a T2 Shuttle and increased Warp Speed?

I don't think that the ideas in the OP are good, Standings mod on a Hull seems off.

Stop using rifters to put Cyno's up, use a Rookie ship :P CFT IV means that you don't have to fit an Cargo Expanders for a single Cycle. iirc at CFT V you can do 2 Cycles with Cargo Expanders

True to a point the question is what do you do with a ship that has zero fitting slots and 10m3 of cargo space?
A standing mod does not require you to change the nature of the ship as your not having to add fitting slots or change specs.

Another option is to give the shuttle the Blockade Runners "immune to cargo scanning" ability
Again no change to the ship other then you can now use it to sneak high value low m3 cargo in and out of dangerous places. People may think twice about using their million+ isk ship on a suicide gank of a 15K or less shuttle.

Remember the question was what you you do to make the Shuttle a more worthy ship to fly?

Fly between amarr and jita with a cargohold full of plex with another person doing the same. Whoever lives through the most number of jumps wins.

I want the shuttles to have 8 lowslots, 3 rig slots, and interdiction nullification.

I really REALLY like the rep bonus idea. Might not make a lot of sense why Factions love there shuttles so much, but I can see so many uses of that for the hardcore mission runners that are system locked.

As for a T2 shuttle with Cyno and Covie Cloak capabilities. I think that idea has some qualities too...

Rifter Killmails with a Cyno only must be terribly frustrating...

They warp at the same speed as T1 frigs in rubicon. Pods warp at the speed of cruisers (if you were curious).

I don't really like your suggestions. That being said I do think a faction shuttle with a faster warp speed would be a nice addition.
