Why do Mastery of Jump Freighters require the Capital Ships skill? It is not like that skill benefits Jump Freighters in any way(?)

I was wondering about that too. Capital Ships give agility bonus. Faster align for JF.

Except that the Capital Ships skill specifically states that it only bonus ships which requires it to fly; which Jump Freighters do not.

The noise level of my gpu fans is much greater with rubicon clients than it was with the crucible clients. For this reason I expect that the clients are using quite a bit more gpu resources than before.

This really shows on situations where you either jump/undock/ zoom closer into your ship/have big ship, but the usage is somewhat greater even while docked @ station.

I kind of notice this well, because with 2 clients my dual ati radeon hd7770 crossfire setup used to be practically silent. Now the fans are constantly very audible even when parked to station.

Even I can still run all my clients at vsync, some optimization would be really welcome. I expect that some ppl might actually have bigger issues with this than me.

...and just to clarify the cpu usage of the clients both minimized and maximized is ok.

Thank you for your time.

Was it intended that when in the solar system view you can no longer right click on anomalies/scanned signatures to warp-to them anymore?

Reposting because I've not seen a reasponse on this yet, and to add to what I've seen.

My first attempt at dual-boxing since Rubicon landed was unsuccesful; within moments of opening a second client both stopped responding and terminated themselves. Now upon reloading I've noticed a graphical bug whenever I warp, there is a very large black (untextured area) surrounding my ship that is kinda like a tunnel - in that, if you are facing towards or directly away from where you are warping to, you have an opening in the black that you can see everything fine. But if you point your camera towars a point perpinduclar with your warp path you see the black on the majority of the screen - which I should point out, rotates around your ship with openings in the "tunnel." Hope that makes sense, if not I'll try and get a screen shot of it.

Edit: This only occurs on "Low" shader setting. If I increase shader quality to medium it goes away. Reminds me of the old bug with planet textures.

There's a lot of stuff I don't really care about this expansion.

But then...

there is this freighter alt that is flying a cheap Incursus for faster travel. mwd, cap stable, ws rigs, a real **** fit Lol. Almost 9,94 au/s with those ws implants I'v e always favored.

Now this thing is awesome fun to just zip around with Lol. Just epic! And the best part are the sounds when slowing down!

Thank you CCP Lol!

I am very happy with this expansion so far. Mobile Depot is AWESOME. If it could "Launch for Corporation" it would be even more useful (or some other way to share its fitting service with fleet members).

Thank you CCP Pirate

Hey,

I'm getting a warp bug where my game will minimize and become unresponsive, have to manually close the game client and restart. This occures every 2-5 warps i make to any point in space. Not nice in 0.0 ccp. I've now also used the eve repair tool with no success.

Their is definitely a problem with some very loud sounds, i think it's mwd related.

I think I can confirm this, I've been getting crashes that seem to be GPU related, after ruling CPU out, on an ASUS GTX 570 DCII at defaults, trying with a bit more voltage now...

What happened was is that we tried to ninja one from a bookmark just off-grid with the bash, that was being conducted by another corporation unrelated to ours. we had some guys on that grid observing and you can see it pop from anywhere. I guess two characters simply pressed the deploy button on the same time or something Lol
