Since all the other release dates have been pushed back I find it rather pointless to try and set a new one. Especially now where I am even more busy in RL.

i know you said you are busy, but i think we i know you said you are busy, but i think we could do really well to set up another one esp. with the new patch. over the next month or two there is gonna be some great opportunities for solo as people figure out new metas. to try and limit the immediate workload on you we can ALSO have a concurrent comp for editing :wink wink:

basically you could upload your clips via torrent let people dl them and make their own edits. judges could pick from this not only which fights were the best but which edits. (and you could have a more hardcore deadline for final products then ;p)

so something like this:

1. deadline for submissions of raw fraps
2. deadline for edits (say 2 weeks after first deadline)
3. judging of edits and pvp
4. final edit to highlight the best of everything done by whenever you would like it


the down side is people would probably watch a lot of the same fights over and over again (but who knows maybe people can make it interesting by adding their own commentary / views WHO KNOWS MAYBE EVEN ANOTHER PRIZE FOR INSIGHT INTO THE FIGHTS! lulz.


prolly a bit crazy but i really hope something like this can be done.

i support what u said, the guy has an incredible talent for editing and i think he would contribute greatly to the making of this epic video.
