Anyone will agree that ratting in belts in hi sec is ridicoulous for gaining isk.

Why not help noobs or even more skilled pilot to rat in hi sec not by raising bounty gain but putting a little sp gain.

Of course that would help them raise skill points a bit faster but wouldn t it be playable.

Just looking a way to help noobs a bit here not for 100 mil sp caracter.

It can be anything else too just something that would be a more attractive for hi sec player to be found in hi sec belts and wouldn t be in low or 0.0 but only in hi sec.
