Getting a virus via Eve?

had some computer guy fix my comp and said i got a virus that would freeze my comp for 30 minutes at a time. He was in a hurry so he didn't give me much details but he said i got the virus through eve. Anybody know about this.

Just to be safe, you should probably uninstall EVE.

well he's already done that once he rebooted my os then i download eve again for about a month then i get the same thing but now its even stronger the virus i mean. thats what he says

The computer guy is giving you a slow release virus so that you have to call him back to fix it.

wow troll central. Abidel its only happened twice and not in quick succession. So how is that insanity? And jim i doubt it. he's a freind he didn't even touch my computer the first time i got the virus. He didn't even know what eve was.

I knew getting my rocks off in more way the one would bite me in capsule eventually lol(mining joke). So ingame browsers do they bypass antivirus software. I didn't watch redtube(i'm a xhamster guy myself) but i dont even watch anything ingame because its really slow to download.

Eve doesn't have any built in viruses, sorry. Eve has nothing to do with your virus problem.

On average, there's an almost 0% chance that "some computer guy" has any particular ability in actually diagnosing and correcting a problem.

When the customer doesn't know ****, any jackass can slap on a Geeksquad t-shirt and reinstall an OS.

But you should biomass your character, just to be on the safe side.

Is it a complete freeze for 30 minutes, or does it just run at a glacial pace for like 30 minutes after start-up?
