[Question] SOE Ships, Can they use blops covert bridges?

Ok, so I haven't tried this on the test server.

Can the new Sisters of Eve ships (Being they have covert cloaks) use the black ops covert bridges?

Also, max skill, max fit, what is their max DPS?

It seems in the past, warping + cloaking was balanced by having a lack of DPS. Are these ships going to have a major DPS advantage over recons (cruiser to cruiser) and s-bombers (Frig to frig).

Yes they can use the bridges, but they can't fit the covert cyno.
