Hello

I am trying to devise a fit for a nullsec ninja tengu that has the following three components

1. Uses a normal cloak not a covert
2. Has six missile bays
3. Uses the Amplification Node

Is this possible as at the moment i can do it but only if i use five missile bays

or

Should i just use adaptive shielding.

Thanks for the help

I use the adaptive shielding, seems to work. Depends on your booster

You really had to make a thread for this? its pretty obvious you can't get 7 highslots with the amplification node.

It kind of depends on what your strategy is.

I use the below for WH ninja looting. My team's strategy is usually take up a position on the opposite side of the sleepers about 5km out, wait until the last one is about to pop, uncloak, during 5 second target delay start burning towards a safe point in the opposite direction of the fleet, target, pull, loot, unlock, cloak, get to safe difference, warp out.

So for me I have to have the Covert Ops Cloak because the 18 second target delay would kill it. At most, I should be engaged for about 10-15 seconds and then cloaked again. Sensor boosts for fast locks (2013mm), 100MN AB gives me 1250 m/s uncloaked, XL Aux booster for any potential damage. We will usually have a designated cloaked Blackbird to run ECM for us in case it gets bad.

I've run this fit every weekend for about a month with no losses and it's pretty much a throw away ship (400M or so).

But to answer the question, you can't get to 6 launchers with the Amplification node
