That would require them to work backwards as Hybrids and caps/supercaps are being changed. Ship spinning is back, font is on sisi and new mods have already been seen in internal builds, TiDi looked close to completion as well, though that still leaves a third of the list that we haven't seen follow up blogs on.

Also, when did they confirm AF's were supposed to be getting a 4th bonus, not that it would be unwelcome?

I think if FW got some nice changes it may even help out Low Sec systems in some odd proxy buff or something. But that would be yea. Lost my train of thought mescaline kickin in.\ nvm

you know they are going to stagger the release right? plus winder goes from dec 21-march 21 on the julian calander.

All they are saying is in Installment 1 af wont be in it.

so calm down and relax. Plus i never saw anything that promised AF in the initial release I have seen sometime in the winter and before the summer.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

By your own admission you knew full well that the list provided wasn't promised to all arrive in the Winter Expansion, yet you insinuate that it was to make your post more controversial.

My aim wasn't to make my post more controversial, but to offer my opinion on how things are going. I don't get the point you are trying to make, maybe you are just a mouth breathing troll and are trying to troll me. Thanks for bumping the thread and spreading my opinion on the expansion though. And for future trolls, I am dissatified, I'm not trying to make any other point that than. Stay frosty please.

considering that they ( ccp) changed direction relative late in the summer and the amount of work that has to be done to give us all the changes , it is somewhat normal that some of these things they are introducing / changing will be delayed
People gotten a bit over excited by the change and are expecting too much at once

It will be a good winter expansion , but Rome wasn't build in a day either so expect more of what the promised to come in the months after the winter release

"Honoured"? Nothing was actually promised, you know. They said stuff tthey'd like to do, or were looking at, but it turns out some things just can't be done in time - so what?
