Looking for a character with good Science and Production skills.
By good, I mean you should be able to invent and produce T2 equip and ships (no need higher than cruise level). Cap construciton is not required.
If you have some trade skills, that would be big plus. Freight, bigger plus.

The ideal character should have 5M to 15M sp. I know there are some awesome characters have over 30M sp with good science and prodution skill. You are good, I can't afford.

The budget is only 5B.
5.5B top if I really like you.

3.4 is fine yes, I just can't reply in thread at the moment or it'll probably be locked for bumpage. I can post to confirm sale agreed tho, if you are happy to proceed.

Ok, then. Deal. You can post something on your thread at your convienence. However, I won't be able you transfer the isk, since I am not home. If you accept, after you confirm on your thread, I will send an ingame email with the account name and send you the isk when I would login. And you may proceed after that. Just remember to post every step on your thread (comfirm, toon transfer). It is good for you and good for me.
