Anyone who fits this bill and wants to do something about it, it is not hard.
Get your members to go buy a few T1 cruisers and some T1 Logi and harass the **** out of your neighbors. :D

If a fight presents itself (and the attackers have some want for gudfites and not blobs) some will downgrade their fleet to match you.
