Why I won't come back to EVE

I still love the atmosphere of EVE but I won't come back to this game.
I hope this serves as a feedback for the devs, if they ever get to read this and if they care, whatever.

Reasons:

1. UI Scaling
I play on a 50" TV on 1080p, from a distance, and even with 125% UI Scaling, text is difficult to read and makes playing this game not feasible for me. 30 mins and I already have a headache. Not going back to small screens just to play EVE, I'm past small screens for gaming. UI scaling needs to be at least 150% for me to be able to read, but this is not possible with 1080p res.

2. Somer Blink
Somer Blink breaks immersion for me. It's truly unrealistic, RP-wise. It's an internet website where EVE things are traded, completely alien to the game and its core immersion features in my opinion. Lost a couple of bils to them in the past, but that's fine, I knew what I was getting into. What bothers me is this one website run by a bunch of nerds having so much financial power ingame. EVE is NOT real, is what I feel when I think of Somer Blink. And then all of the support from CCP... just feels like I'm a clown in a circus.

3. The AI changes we had recently
I always ran 2 players, loki tank and CNR dps for 10/10s. Yea I used to solo them.
This has become impossible, or at least very annoying since rats became smarter, being able to re-target mid-flight.
No, I am not going to start again or change roles, or adapt, dude. EVE is about freedom, and I want it the way I want it.

4. Stagnant nullsec
Ever since I started playing EVE goons has reigned supreme in null sec. Smalltimers come and go and Goons are always there. I'm just sick of it. I would consider coming back to EVE if they opened a new server where Goons doesn't exist.
Now my ****** employment history prevents me from joining anyone. Not feeling like sacrificing millions of SP on my many accounts to be able to even join a decent corp/alliance. No, not me sir.

That's basically it, thanks for reading.

Btw I don't care about answers that do not propose direct solutions to the 4 problems I mentioned which are keeping me from wanting to come back, so don't bother. This was more of a vent.

Actually, people do occasionally give away their stuffs, so it never hurts to ask.

Op, should you go through with quitting, please consider letting me hold on to your possessions while you pursue greener pastures.

1st one. Eve was not designed to play on a huge tv at distance. Get a console if you want that.
2nd one. Dont use it... Its really that simple. I bet you think yourself rather stupid now.
3rd one. Oh no Rats arent stupid. You know most gamers when things get made harder rejoice not whine like a little *****. Also dual boxing against rats that switch targets isnt hard. So again stop moaning
4th.Actions have consequences if you corp hopped then thats your fault. Theres bound to be someone that will take you if you just have some other alliance corp in your history.
Stagnant nullsec. Well go make a corp and go change it then. Goons are there because the players allow them to be there.

This is not a quit thread, this is a "why I am not coming BACK to EVE" thread.
I thought that would be clear to readers just by writing it in plain english, but it seems I was mistaken, as you guys keep asking for my stuff and telling me to fare well.
I quitted EVE more than an year ago, I still feel in love with the game but the aforementioned issues prevent me from coming back.

1. OK. Sorry bout that.

2. I don't like it either.

3. I don't think you'll find that much sympathy from anyone here. 10/10 is supposed to be hardest plex in the game. CCP probably looked at people like you and decided that they wanted these to not be so easily soloed. Again, sorry. I want easy isk too, we all do.

4. What employment history? Is this your forum alt? Are you saying you joined goons and now no one else will have you? Yeah, I can see how that would be frustrating. If it weren't for some early warnings from some trusted friends to think long and hard before joining GS or PL, I may have attempted to do so.

I do apologise. You get so used to the "I'm quitting" threads that it's almost a natural response.

Still, can I have you stuff? Worth a try, innit?

Goons only reign supreme over a chunk of Null Sec and while they are very succesfull at what they do, success can be measured in more than one way.

I for one live in a chunk of space that is largly un effected by Goons, and while saying this is going to lure out some snide remarks concerning my Alliance/Coalition, it still debunks your statement.

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.
