T3 subsystem refitting NOT working!

Hi,

As the title says, I am unable to refit my t3 in space, at least not using a mobile depot.

I can't tell if this is a bug or it isn't implemented on SiSi yet.

We planned to deploy a patch today, but it turned out that all t3 ships were not showing in space. While this bug was completely unrelated to the changes for refitting in space we decided to wait with the update until we have a fix.

Ok just tried it now after the patch.

1- changing subsystems is putting everything offline! it's an unnecessary inconvenience since I'll have to manually put all mods on.

2- I can't load a saved fitting, it says that i have to be in station to do that. that needs some fixing.

3- dragging ammo to a weapon slot says it takes 10 seconds to reload instead of being instant like in station. I don't know if that's intentional to prevent some abuse.

1. We have to offline everything due to CPU/Powergrid changes.
2. You can't load a saved fit for any other ship too in space, the same message will appear.
3. Ammo dragging in space has always been like this.

1- can't you get the modules to automatically online as long as there is cpu/pg?
2- is that going to be fixed?

Fixing number 3 would also allow for exploits/unintended advantages relating to ASBs, AARs, the new bubble launcher mechanic, and the proposed new RLML and RHML mechanic.
