Eve Event CCP Set up for Razor!

Its almost as though organisations based in 0.0 have organisational skills that allow them to react to circumstances quicker than a disorganised gaggle of un-coordinated highseccers

This is what i mean,

I have NO issue with PVP! i love it. I expected to get killed.

But this looks like such a set up. I would be surprised if they weren't aware they knew it was in Low Sec and ready to gate camp. Why did CCP not have the event in H.S and bring the corps into the sec? Too easy or not part of the plan? Currently no one has seen the new content and all that has happened is a H.S killing field.

CCP led everyone right through a Major Null Sec groups staging system. Fail on their part or deliberate misleading...
Well no sh!t they were able to get a gate camp up pretty quickly.
The TiDi just helped by having people jump into their system a little bit slower or a lot bit slower actually making it very easy pickings for them.

We are deployed to Doril so took like 3 min to set up the gate camp when we knew they where going through there.

It was amusing bouncing between belts on the pipelines back and watching ships turn into capsules, turn into pods, turn into corpses. Mainly the people who didn't use D-scan or find longer routes back into low. Plenty of ***** and giggles though.

Exactly, and it took us 30 mins + to get their. CCP knew you guys where their. Why on earth they chose to go through one of the most fought battlefield in weeks only god knows.

I've got to admit it seemed kind of cruel to get the HS carebears all excited and then lead them like lambs to the slaughter. My conclusion? CCP wanted to stimulate the Eve economy just before Christmas.

Taking a live events fleet through the second most famous null entrance system for being constantly camped in the game (just behind HED-GP) into a region that is currently being used as a base for PL, Goons, and Razor not to mention all the nasty locals because :CCP:. LOL

I was reading about the event on the forums from work, because CCP never schedules them in US tz or on the weekends, and then I got to "then we jumped into Doril..." and nearly burst out laughing. Do any of the live events staff actually play Eve?

I think this was a CCP Troll

Look at it this way.

They take H.S Corps into the corner of the power base of major alliances. Get us all killed intentionally to start a large battle between the power blocks as they are all waiting to try and kill us. Perfect way to lower PLEX costs and get isk out of circulation.

Oh I think they knew exactly what they were doing.

This is how you deal with Incursion inflation. When you farm incursions 24/7 it inflates the economy. fastest way to get the inflation down is to destroy ships. Mission accomplished.
