They built an MMO that's smarter than a third-grader. And still managed to find players and make a profit.

Oh I must agree on all these. CCP Guard is quite the life of the party at the CCP events. I will have to add CCP Karkur to that list with all that troubleshooting she did during her vacation and being one of the only people who still seems to care about avatars these days along with being the new little things she is my favorite! Her interview in Eon magazine is funny (especially the bit about her brothers) and like all the other CCP folks she is a really nice in person.

I wish I had enough time and money to go to more CCP events, and highly recommend them since the staff (and most of our fellow players) is really a bunch of fun people. There are so many other games (along with television and films) where the staff really could care less about the product they work on and the quote "I never watch/play the films/shows/games I work on: is sadly too common.
