Skill reuirments for new deployable structers....are there any?

so I take the new deployable structures are on the test server yet it seems no one really knows the requirements for any of the new deployable structures are, so I was just looking for some feed back from people that have used them thus far.

I am assuming they will need anchoring 3-5 but I have not idea what else they are going to need.

Seems to be none. It was stated that they didn't want these to require a lot of skills. It's also been hinted that there might be more to come so it's possible those might require skills where these don't.

I would assume if you can anchor a can, you should be able to use the deployables. The Syphon unit maybe (big maybe), but I doubt even that deployable will require anymore than Anchoring 1.

The siphon has anchoring 2 to prevent trail account alts to spam them everywhere (anchoring cann't be trained on trails)
