Stuck with time dilation

I have been stuck at 10% time dilation for over 20 minutes in an empty system where there apparently doesn't seem to be anything going on around me. I believe this is a glitch. I'm going to logoff and pray that I don't get killed because of some server error. Posting this as sort of a fail safe for myself.

This ever happen to anyone?

Stay logged off for a short while then log back in. You may have experienced the misfortune of being stuck on a node that had some other system on it unexpectedly trigger TiDi
