So I just finished a data site, and got the site escalation (different than the capital escalation) which results in an Abandoned Talocan BS. Salvagers don't seem to work on it anymore like they used to (and like the internet still says that they do). It's a data site, so I tried the data analyzer, no luck there either. I tried Google, and apparently I'm the first one to ever have this problem. Do I need a relic analyzer? (haha which I don't have)

You are out of luck, cause that is exactly what you need. In any site, relic or data - It will require a Relic Analyzer to open.
