I fowarded this to a friend at the renonwed Cleveland Clinic, he said something about legal issues and the interent. So anyways he did say as long as I don't mention his name that I could tell you, he is quite sure you have contracted gonorrhea of the foot.

I once fell asleep with my arms hanging off the bed and a pillow over them (ahh to be a teenager again, able to sleep in whatever position you achieve when you stop moving).
