While flying in a cloaked Cheetah, I am unable to bring up the radial menu by hovering over my ship and left clicking.

There is no issue bringing the radial menu up with the cloak disabled, but a great deal of functionality is lost with this change from Tranquility. I hope it is an oversight and not intended.
