I got idea of covert cynosural field generator building. It's anchorable building that keeps covert ops cynosural field open. It can be anchored anywhere in low sec and null sec with no cynosural system jammers active.

Downside of this building would be that this covert ops cynosural field would be publicly visible and anyone could jump to it. It would create danger to its use. It cannot be anchored in starbase field.

This would make dream come true from Retribution trailer where guy warps around in his Widow black ops battleship.
