Add a way to automatically add x amounts of different items to a new list on the market items tab. Right now everything has to be added one by one, which when you want a lot of items on a list can be a tedious and long job. I was thinking of something similar like on these pages: http://eve-marketdata.com/copypaste.php Basically you can copy-paste something from your inventory in there and you see the right type of items and the right amounts once they have been processed.

I really love this idea !!

I will do it soon, like the idea to give more care to the add market items screen :)

Add a way to automatically for example add 10.000 units or 1.000.000 units of an item to a list. For example when you set the amount of items in a list you can add several buttons under the textbox where the number for amount of items goes and for example if you click on the 100.000 button 100.000 units will be added. And if you click 6 times on that button everytime 100.000 will be added, so a total of 600.000 units.

This will be done before next week.

Well, again, man, thanks a lot. I have try to contact you to thank you in game few times but you were not active at that moment :)

Fly safe!

Hi !

Version 1.0.6 has been deployed

Mainly some little usability changes, better support for IGB and bug fixes:

- Volumes and Prices are now "," separated for thousands and millions.
- When changing the units of an item in the market items screen, there has been added links to increase: +1, +100, +1,000, +10,000, +100,000 units. Same for decreasing
- When changing the units of fitting in the add fitting screen, there has been added links to increase: +1, +100 units. Same for decreasing.
- Scripts working better for IGB. There has been removed lot block conditions in this browser when the wait window shows.
- Now is posible to attach to a group list a normal shopping lists and, also, static lists. Before was possible only statics.
- Scripts revisited to make them work better in the in-game browser. Loading image used to block often in IGB.
- When adding a new fit to a shopping list the item rows dont show multiple times anymore.
- Deletion of market items is working again in the market items screen.

Change log is here: Change log for v1.0.6

Thanks,

Nice! Very cool to see that you manage to put in all those suggestions i made and fixed the bugs.

I came up with a few new features that would be awesome to have:

An "can i haul this?" feature. Basically its a feature that lets you save a fitting of any ship, something similar like this http://o.smium.org/loadout/2356 and based on the modules you put on the ship and the skills you have on your character it calculates a list of what ships + fittings can be used to haul the shopping list that has been created. Or if the shopping list is very big it will show how many trips with full cargo holds it would take to get everything from one place to another.

A Jump planner. Something similar to what this site http://www.eve-icsc.com/jumptools/jumpplanner.php does, but expanded to include more features. It could be attached to the feature i came up with above this one, for example when someone adds a Jump Freighter to their fittings list it can show based on skills and modules fitted what would be the best route from point A to point B, taken in account stuff like

  • pod kills in the last hour,
  • number of ships destroyed in the last 24 hours,
  • number of pirate ships destroyed,
  • wether or not a station is present in the system and if that station is npc controlled or by a friendly corporation.
  • number of jumps through the stargates,
  • number of cynos lit in the last 24 hours

It could also calculate based on the skills of your character how much fuel is required, and it could also show what the current price of that amount fuel is.

I dont know if this is important or not, but i have chickens.....

I found a few more bugs:

http://i.imgur.com/5JC1TJw.png?1

As you can see the text and the save button and the textbox and the text in the table overlap in both the Summary of a shopping list and the static lists.

Also maybe it would be better to switch the units and volume from their places at the summary page. It happened quite a few times that i mistook the volume for the units. Since the edit units option is before the place where now the volume is, it would make more sense to put the amount of units there instead.

http://i.imgur.com/2e9YxuO.png?1

Something that would also be helpful to have is a master edit on the total number of units per item, for example with lists that require the same amounts for all items like for instance Planetary Interaction. Also for people like me who do industry a multiplier where for example 1 fitting of a ship can be added, and on the summary page can be edited to for example 50 times that fitting, that would also be very helpful.

I dont know if this is important or not, but i have chickens.....

Hey man, this bug is really annoying me. I have try to fix it couple of times and failed. This week i will try again... ans succeed !

I totally agree that the columns in the summary are not in the logic order, as it happens in the other screens.

I had lot of doubts when sorting the columns in this screen. The reason why i finally did like this can be seen in this screen:

http://imageshack.com/a/img546/8673/5ly7.jpg

This is how i like to arrange the windows while doing the shopping. In this case is very convenient to have the average unit price and the total units, like the 2 columns on the right side.

This is why they are in this order, i had to balance both things and finally opted for this one :)

I like this idea!

It can be cool to add this new entity, a list/group of items, where the user can pre-package it like a ship fitting and use it in the market windows.

I will include it in the pending things. My god, that list is growing big :)

Thanks a lot !!!

Well first of all, thanks to you and all the users that are giving me feedback. I am quite surprised about the use that eve-shopping is having.

Lot of new users and shopping lists are created everyday, at this moment there are 500 of them.

I started to develop this tool like a very simple tool for pvpers that roam solo or in small gangs.

But it is clearly being used by a wider range of user and for more scenarios than i expected.

There are plenty of good ideas already in queue, i may need a long time to develop them in my free time, that fortunatly, with the current situation in my country, is not huge.

But the ideas are good. I may look for some help in the development for next year. Also need to seriously think how to integrate all the new functionalities and keep the tool easy to use for people like me :)

This is a nice thing to add. Maybe could add a very simplified version where you can just say what is the cargo bay size of the ship that you think to use.

Thanks for the kind words, considering i do a lot of industry tools that quickly let me do the stuff i need like eve-praisal, eve-cost, and now eve-shopping make life as an industrialist a little bit easier and more enjoyable.

I found one more bug btw that needs fixing: I registered an account using a username and password. But because i am always logged into google it seems easier to login that way, and if delete my cookies i only need to relog google and i can use the website again. But when i tried the login button of google the page says my email address has already been used by someone else and that its not possible to login on that account. Can that be changed so that it is possible to use all forms of login available under the same username?

I dont know if this is important or not, but i have chickens.....

Hey man,
i am not sure if i have totally understood the problem.

Yes, it is possible to use all sort of logins to one account, just need to go to "my account" screen and you can add or remove asociated loging methods to the account.

If you registered 2 uses, 1 with eve-shopping user and another with google account. And if you want to move the google account to the first registered user. You just need to add an eve-shopping user to your google one and then remove the google from it, then it will be released and possible to use with the 1st account.

If you never registered a google account, then, it is weird! In this case you could send me a private and i could try to check what is going on in the ddbb and why the google account appears to be registered !

Thanks :)
