I've downloaded the most recent version of SiSi, this was done over as a patch over an already SiSi client, which flawlessly ran a previous Rubicon release. Now whenever when I launch the client, I am greeted with a featureless black screen, the modified mouse cursor, and the theme music, nothing else loads. I've tried several times, and have run the patcher with no luck.

Specs
OS: Windows 7
CPU: i5-3570
GPU: Radeon 7770 GHz 1GB (Latest Catalyst Drivers)
Ram: 8GB DDR3
