Alliance Manufacturing in a POS

Is it possible to configure a POS to allow alliance manufacturing (or invention) without making everything wide open to everyone in the alliance? I understand there is always a risk of theft in shared facilities but a measure of security where the user's access is still limited by their corporate roles. Also a way to make it available based on corporate standings could work as well.

No.

In order to access things like corp hangars, assembly arrays and other assets, you have to be a member of the corporation that owns the tower.

The only thing that an in-alliance but out-of-corp tower can be used for is shelter and ME/PE research (which produce no output that has to be stored in the lab array).
