Horn-haan; my fear is that a tribunal will become a tool of politics, not a tool of justice. What would you say if it began to purge Provists who've returned to heiian, instead of following Heth-guri into exile? Or if a Liberal-dominated inquiry made allegations against a Lai Dai or Kaalakiota executive? Or the reverse?

No.

This inquiry must serve the State. The only way to be sure of it is to make it answerable to the CEP, and through the panel to the megacorporation leadership.

If there is to be an inquiry Makoto Priano, i would like the CEP to announce that they would like an indpendent inquiry with a clear mandate to investigate the allegations within the leaked Operation Highlander document. The reasons i would like it to be independent from the CEP are the same as i stated earlier.

If the CBT are asked to conduct the inquiry, i would see no reason why the inquiry should become political as Tribunal investigators are among the few people in the State who are generally free of corporate loyalties.

The tribunal should be about getting to the truth regarding the allegations that several high-level megacorp executives have been aiding and abetting the enemy.
