What is up with this? For a game of this calibre; 500 000 subscribers, you'd think CCP would hire enough GM's to at least answer within a day. It's unacceptable for you to expect that I should wait over 4 days for a simple ticket response, and not have a problem with it. This is some real amateur costumer service.
