I mean, hell...if all this disdain for the game and using home sec status as a form of some kind of opinion prejudice is any indication, I'd almost venture to wager that we're dealing with a failed high-sec CSM candidate who somehow thinks that being a CSM would've enabled him to dish all the tinfoil hattery he wanted.

In this Act “gambling” means—

(1)In this Act “betting” means making or accepting a bet on—

So a prize does not have to be money under UK law where CCP servers are and in this CCP is a vital part of this link.
