Not quite sure about PvP in highsec... I think it's technically as (il)legal as it is everywhere in EVE from an EULA standpoint... just not as straight forward, no?

All I see in that link is star citizens, who are pretty much the worst possible people to ask about goon psychology.

However if I wanted to get an insight into the psychology of owning a rear admiral package with deluxe hangar access, I'd go right there What?
