Today, I wanted to hop on the Singularity server to see how some of the new updates were coming. i had logged in about 1-2 weeks ago, and had no issues.

However, now when my Sisi install begins to patch, it gets to step 2/4, where it actually begins downloading the patch, yet does not download. I tried restarting, resetting my internet connection, etc. and nothing has worked thus far.

I re-created a fresh install for sisi and the patch still does the same ting:

(2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_630374-634044_WIN.PATCH: 50.0% - DOWNLOADING 0 B / 845.33 MB

and it holds at 0 bytes for.. well... ever.

Any insight into the problem would be much appreciated.

EDIT: Primary reason I posted this here is I'm not sure if it is on my end or an actual bug that needs to be looked into or the test server itself.
