create contract, page 2/4 "pick items": add "select all" + "invert selection" + "refresh"

in the window "create contract", page 2 of 4 "pick items", please add the follwing options, e.g. by placing a button on the bottom of the window:
- "select all" items
- "invert selection" of currently checked items
- "refresh" to update list of items just-in-time
