I am in need of finding several systems that borders Black Rise and donw to wards Period Basis to estashblish an office, preferably in 0.0 or -0.1, any idea where I can go?? ThanksPirate

The only npc space you'll find in that direction will be in the regions Syndicate, Outer Ring, and Delve. None of which directly border Black Rise. The region Placid borders Syndicate space as well as a few other 0.0 regions, Outer Ring is only accessible via 0.0, and Delve npc space is only a constellation in the Delve region.

Black Rise does border 0.0 space, but it is Cloud Ring, which is non npc 0.0.

Plus expect many 0.0 offices to be anywhere between a few million to several hundred million in rental costs (unless it is a back woods non-medical station). Especially in systems in which have good cyno points.
