ABC power grid reduction to 90%

Currently the bonus for attack battlecruisers is a 95% reduction in power grid needs. Reducing this bonus to 90% will balance the ABC's around the lower tier large weapons (electrons, dual heavies, ...) rather than the high tier large weapons. IMHO this would bring more balance to the force.

Only if we can get the Naga switched over to missiles.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

They are balanced currently.
