WTS C1 with Static Highsec (good PI)

Selling a class 1 Pulsar Wormhole with a static highsec. Pulsar means it has bonuses to shield and penalties to armor.

11 Planets:
4 barren
3 gas
2 Lava
1 Storm
1 Plasma

The wormhole has a 1 bil mass static hole to hisec and has no current occupants. The hole is well suited for running a PI operation. Sleeper sites can be run solo in a drake due to the shield bonuses.
