My 2 Cents;

Lasers despite sitting low in the list are very strong, but under used, Scorch with or without range bonuses has amazing range and reasonable tracking considering the range at which it operates, pulse is in a good place now, however a lot of Amarr hulls are pretty solo non-viable so they aren't up there. Beams still have tracking issues and huge over-lap with Scorch so are under used.

Blasters are the premium brawling weapon, high DPS good tracking and low cap use + some great hulls make for a fantastic weapon system. Rails are fantastic too in all sizes, good DPS and middling tracking at insane range.

ACs are alright in Small and Large varieties however medium ACs suffer from trying to do too much at once, reasonable at the 6-14k mark they offer little because that area isn't really usable by any class, brawlers are always at risk of being pulled to 0 and kiting at any closer than 20 these days is a dangerous prospect because the prevalence of fast brawlers, and heated webs going to 13k, now that is somewhat made up for by some of the Minny hulls which offer a lot of versatility over raw damage and range, however it still makes AC kiting mediocre.

Missiles are in a good place with the exception of HMLS, which have terrible DPS, damage application and horrible overlap issues with RLMLs. HAMS and Cruises are in a good place. Torps I have little experience with but I gather they suffer from application issues. RLMLs need a hefty nerf as they are far too good at everything.

Finally sentries are silly OP technically however drone mechanics being **** means they only are OP half the time.
