I fail to see any benefit in using this ship over any other. Every role it can do something else can do it better. NOsprey is the better HAM platform due to its longer range and ability to apply ham damage outside of scram web range. Caracal gets much better RLML range and projection. Scythe fleet issue as a RLML platform has the same range but with much faster speed and a useful medium neut in the highs. So to make my point a bit clearer where does the overpriced Navy caracal fit in the current meta of pvp? As a standard caracal fan I must surely be missing where the navy caracal excels? (Lol hmls)

Same as any Navy something, more tank. Almost double.

And in this case more agility and better allign time.

And more cap, handy for those MWDs

But is it worth the ISK because of that, is any navy ship? Thats just a personal choice.

ps the explotion radius bonus is kinda nice on HAMs, but if you're a RLM fan. You're right may as well fly the normal one.

Navy caracal sucks.

It has an additional launcher and better fittings, so it does win out in terms of best RLML dps, but yeah, the improvement is small and personally I would just use the normal one.

There is nothing the navy caracal does that other ships don't do better

literally the NOsprey beats it in everything but DPS. So I guess if you want a HAM brawler but dont have Caldari Battlecruiser trained than you can fly a Navy Caracal
