Hello CCP,

I have an urgent problem. Few days back I consumed PLEX in order to add game time to my account. Today I noticed, I still have only 3 days left. I did a little investigation and I realized I converted PLEX to allow skill training on my alt. It was a mistake, I didn't mean to do that.
Could you please reverse what I did? Cancel second character training and giving me back PLEX or directly adding 30 days of game time to my account?
I'm writing this on forum because I have only 3 days left, so I need almost immediate assistance with my problem. I also submited ticket just in case.
