If feedback is positive this will be just the first of many interviews with the criminals, mercs and naer-do-wells of EvE that are hard at work creating content for other players.

I happen to be working on a paper for my film class, and Citizen Kane. guess what happens every time I want to type it.

Neato. +1. Kannibal is a pretty chill dude who has no idea what he's doing, and wins.

About damned time we had someone out of the crib of filth back here in C&P.

Since Ginger, Tiller, Miz and others had disappeared or perma banned...C&P has turned into Craigslist for Mercs.

It’s hard not to like Mr. Kane, so I understand why you choose him as a first interviewee.

Only point of criticism I have is your bias for certain play styles demonstrated primarily with your heavily biased intro;
“ Results mind you, that come without suicide ganking or lazily parking ass outside a trade hub. “

Really?

So, if you could be more neutral, as an interviewer should be imho, this would indeed be a very nice addition to these dying forums.

I think his intent was to show that Mr. Kane actively hunts his marks and is able to keep his own ships intact when he does.

You are either neutral or biased. Not a little or more neutral. I do agree that an interviewer should be neutral in their questioning but offering up a bit of editorial commentary to setup a piece is fine.

This. The point was that he actually uses some skill as opposed to none.

Good concept, but it would be great to have an "article" format instead of a very vanilla "question / response" format. It feels very sterile and lifeless once you get past the stuff about his hair (which is fabulous, I wish I had hair like that).

Looking forward to Bigger and Better articles in the future.

Was well worth the read. Like pretty much everyone in C&P, I have a lot of respect for Kane.

Thanks for the interview. I always enjoy reading Kane -- I read all 40 pages of the "Pirate Story Thread" mainly because Kane was writing so often. I look forward to your next interview so I can discover another interesting player.

Cool

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

+1 I enjoyed the read,
I may do things differently than Kane but I remember when I first started he was one of the people I was warned about in this game. I remember sitting there thinking, your scared of some random guy? **** that I wanna do this now. Here we are and i'm doing what I enjoy now :) I will always be thankful for the fear he spread setting me on my course in this game.

I am just here to snuggle and do spy stuff.

Draga was not an Original Somali. Just sayin'. He did join briefly just before EYL shut its doors.

Regardless, hail to the Kane!

Feyd,

Thanks for the coverage.

And Uwalk, thanks for the correction. I did not pay much attention to the start and join dates.
