How to possibly fix the Tempest in Rubicon

You won't see them giving the Tempest a higher warp speed. You might see them modify the inertia multiplier or reduce the mass some, which would have the side effect of making it accelerate (and decelerate) faster in warp. This would affect the ship's performance out-of-warp too though, so I'm not sure. It would also benefit from slightly better cap regen and a tiny bit more CPU. Shield fits are... tight, to put it delicately.

im under the impression that you did not understand the warpspeed changes correctly.

mass and multiplyer do not affect the warpspeed acceleration, only the max warpspeed does so mass and acceleration fix wont do what i proposed.
this could actually only be done by changeing its max warpspeed.

else it it would depend largely on the system size if the ship could keep up or not.
(with my proposal this is still a factor but only significant in very large or very small systems)
