Old character but he has been dormant for about 4 years. Always been meant for sale, idling in station and thus has no reputation. The original idea was to get as many core skills to LVL5 as possible before specializing and have most of the boring training done for the buyer. There's still a little bit of work needed to shape him but he has a very strong "starting" skill set in my opinion. He's ready for hulls up to battlecruisers as long as Tech 1 goes but it will be up to the new owner to decide which advanced hull he wants to spec in first.
