Mission wrecks with no loot?

I just ran Burning Down the Hive in the SOE arc. Fortunately, I didn't lose my ship to the web and warp disruptors, but I was disappointed that none of the wrecks contained any loot (these was a small amount of salvage). Is that a feature of that mission, the ALVI rats, or just bad luck?

Drones no longer have any loot. Yes they used to have lots of the so called drone poo that was a MAJOR source of minerals, but CCP didnt like the fact that so much minerals came from shooting rats and not mining. So now they no longer drop loot.

EDIT: when it comes to non drone wrecks they all have a chance to contain loot but quite often you will see wrecks with no loot.

Lady Naween said all that you need. But I couldn't go away without saying that drone rats should have loot, not the old mineral source but something like the other npc factions. Its weird that they drop nothing.
