Third skill queue - new feature implemented in recent release?

Hi all -

According to the Dev Blog, today we should be able to train three characters. We either "right click a plex" to activate the 3rd queue, or we handle it in Account Management.

However, today it looks like only 2 skills queues are available as an option (as in, nothing has changed). Where can I find the ability to activate this new third character skill queue feature?

"EVE Online: Odyssey 1.2 will be deployed on Tuesday, October 22, during regular downtime from 11:00 to 11:30 UTC.
This patch consists of several smaller fixes, along with the introduction of multiple characters in training. The full patch notes with further information will soon be available here."
