Is there anyway to download the SISI (and TQ really) patches manually?

My home internet connection is terrible, less than 0.5mb downstream speeds. I was hoping there was someway I could download the patches at a friends or maybe internet cafe.

Its an issue that bugs me with TQ as well but the patches there are not as frequent as SISI so I have learned to live with it (not like it Evil)

Have your friend use the eve client to download the patch file (*.patch) then copy it with a memory stick or something to your own computer.

Another way is to have your sisi install on a memory stick and have it updated at your friends place.

Never been able to convince him to start playing Eve Sad

But the memory stick idea, thats something I can work with, thanks. (no idea that was even feasible)
