Question about Anomalies respawn rate in NPC 0.0

Sofar I've found a few systems in NPC 0.0 that had Havens and Sanctums in them, but they haven't showed any sign of respawning yet.

In terms of the high-end sites that high-end players are after - Havens and Sanctums for normal factions, and Hordes for drones - the break-even compared to the current system's maximum of four is around the 3rd and 4th band (-0.5 to -0.8 space), which are -1 and +1 respectively. Below this, things get worse (0.0 to -0.2 systems won't get any high-end sites after the change), but the -0.9 to -1.0 band can potentially gain an extra six top sites with full upgrades. 26 of the 34 regions have at least one system in this security band, with half having 5 or more.

Does this apply only for sov 0.0?
Does that mean havens and sanctums I'm finding in -0.2 to 0.0 sec systems are remains from before the patch and will not respawn anymore?

Any idea's?

A couple months ago I was in an NPC Nullsec region and was finding Sanctums and Havens quite frequently. Not sure about the official rate of respawn but it seemed equal to most other respawns I have encountered in low and null sec.

You know how it is- ten systems of nothing then one system of 10 sigs.

It depends on the systems' sec status. Like the dev blog said, the worse the sec status (with -0.0 being the worst and -1.0 being the best) the rarer certain sites become. If you find a Haven or Sanctum in a -0.3 system, which is a bit borderline, chances of it actually respawning instead of another anomaly spawning are low. However, finishing a Haven in a -0.9 system for example will make another Haven or Sanctum spawn within a few minutes. It all depends on the rarity of the site compared to the sec status. Hope this helps :)

More or less confirms what I suspected..

Is there any way to improve the sec status of a given system?
I think I remember reading something about upgrading systems being an option in Sov 0.0, but does it work in NPC 0.0 as well?
Number of NPC kills made? Number of POS'es present?

they respawn in new systems when it comes to unclaimed systems/space

all that is for upgraded systems based on the true sec of the system.
