Best 2 man fleet for plexes?

What 2 ships for a 2 man fleet doing plexes in 0.0, would you say would be the best and why?
As some of the plexes needs over 1600 DPS to complete the last boss, that would be a requirement.

Also what fit would you recommend for your choice of ship?

I have been struggling to find the best ships for this. Hope you can help Smile

I'm not sure how much tank is needed to tank high end plexes cause I don't have much experience with them, but dual RR domis can deal the required dps and field pretty big tanks, something like this:

This is a fit I adapted from my C4RR setup, 2 of them will deal 1600dps @ 63km from Gardes. The tank ranges from 890 (against Angels) and 1330 (against Guristas) so it also depends on what faction you're going up against. Each Domi will cost around 200mil so it's really good value for money, 2 of them would cost less than a T3.

2 Ishtars will own any plex except maybe the one with Kika but you can get a cap into that one.

Two Ishtars will do 1800 dps with Ogres IIs, tank up to 2500 dps ken thermal not including sig tank.
