Red and Blue Ghosting: Windows 8.1 RTM and nVidia driver issues solved by updating to beta driver

Updated to Windows 8.1 RTM (Build 9600) and got red and blue ghost images on Eve client. This appears to be different than the stereoscopic 3D issue reported by Longfellow on another thread. I was running most recent nVidia driver 327.23. I resolved the problem by updating to the latest beta driver 331.40.

Moral of the story: don't be the first one to update Windows.
