Singularity: Important to change settings!

Really dumb question, but my launcher doesn't have a DirectX tab. I've got Download, Start Up, Patches, Cache, Logging, and Eve Client Setting, but I don't see anything related to DirectX in any of them. Is there some other way to change the DirectX setting?

DirectX is a windows feature only. Mac computers are not compatible with it. :)

And what do we do if theres no dx tab in settings looks like its mainly a mac issue.... what are we suppose to do?

I am having the black screen issue on my Tranquility client after installing sisi and going back to my TQ launcher. I am getting sound, can see my mouse in-client, and have full functionality, but there is go graphics, just a black screen. I've run the repair tool to no avail. Any suggestions on how I could fix this?

I wear my goggles at night.

Any spelling/grammatical errors come complimentary with my typing on a phone

If you're running on the Mac you won't have the DirectX settings tab.

Did you use the same installation to connect to Singularity and then back to Tranquility?

If you're running on Windows, and don't have a DirectX settings tab, then something has probably gone wrong in attempting to upgrade your EVE Launcher version. You can manually install the build from here: http://content.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/beta/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_648838.exe

I'm getting a quite weird issue.

When I open the Directx tab, there's a message "Your computer only supports Directx 9". As a result, I cannot choose a DX version different than 9 (the selection bar is grey and locked on 9). However, I still get the black screen! Could it be starting DX 11 even though it cannot?

I do get the same thing on SiSi. My rig is brand new and ofc I have directx 11, still it gives me that message, but if thats not enough trouble the FPS when in Station are terrible, while on life all is maxed out and no issues. OMG pls dont launch this build like this on 19th! THis is completeley ******.

When I open the FPS display in Game it shows me dx11 WHICH I DONT WANT because its not implemented good enough, the FPS is down, my core is overheating with this. I want it like it is now and - how funny - your launcher doesnt let me set it and says my computer is not supporting dx11 and doesnt let me choose and sets dx9. But in game its clearly dx11.

DONT IMPLEMENT STUFF IF YOU CAN TMAKE IT WORK FOR EVERYONE

Dude cant you realise that you play on TEST server and these kinds of problems are normal because they ARE TESTING
with new options and modules...
How the hell would they know if some problem exists if someone like you doesnt report it so they can fix it....

Stop crying and get back to playin chess if you want bug-free and lag-free gameplay..

This is TEST server and things will newer be perfect..
Deal with it... Cool
