Anomaly Rats Upgrade.

Simple cosmetic change.
Upgrade / add to anomalies destroyer class rats to light dictor rats that will try to place bauble on a ratting ship.
Additionally when capital ship is present on anomaly more of those rats will appear on normal spawn.

Sure, why not. I assume you want the bauble to be just a cosmetic effect?
