Hey,

According to : http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php
SiSi servers are up, but are not accepting connections.

The time is now : 16:30 GMT\UTC.

It's green now but the launcher doesn't actually launch the game :(

Please read this post for a workaround for the black screen.

You will need to kill the client with the black screen through task manager. Oops
