I get it after logging in now, for some reason.

Screen is black. character screen and in game screen. I can log in by clicking my portrait that would normally be there, but the screen is black.

I've been logging into the test server recently. No reason it should not work.

Im getting this too. I managed to work around it by changing from directx 11 to directx 9 option. This can be done on the Eve launchers settings. On the launcher, at the top right hand side, is a cog symbol button that brings up the settings, the last tab in there has the option to change this. Hope this works for you.
